Live Online sessions are 50 minutes long.
For your convenience we accept most credit cards in addition to cash and checks. Payments can be processed online (PayPal ©), by phone or in person. All programs must be paid in full prior to the first lesson.
All our live online programs get free access to our Virtual Campus. Additionally, students get a selection of online teaching material at no EXTRA cost. In some special cases students might require a textbook, workbook and an audio CD. The cost of these materials is not included in the tuition fee and can be purchased from our office in New York City. Books, workbooks and/or Audio DC’s are final sales and NON REFUNDABLE. Book shipping within the US is available for an additional fee.
Refunds, Transfers, Class Rescheduling and Class Cancellation
You can request a refund of your tuition fees at any time. All lessons taken by the student, or cancelled after the required 24 hour, will be discounted from the refund and charged as single sessions. You must request a refund in writing at email@example.com. Refunds will be processed within 76 hours. There will be a processing fee of $25 for all refunds after the second lesson taken.
Please note that Trial lessons are NON REFUNDABLE and requires 24 hour notice for rescheduling.
You can transfer your face-to-face lessons to live online lessons at any time. We will credit the balance of your lessons to a class package of your choice.You must request a program change in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
To cancel or re-schedule individual or a series of sessions students must notify Easy Español in writing to both teacher’s e-mail and the main office email (email@example.com) at least 24 hours before the day the session is scheduled otherwise the class will be charged.

* Easy Español reserves the right to cancel and/or re-schedule lessons and language coaches in case of last minute emergencies and/or holidays.
* We do not guarantee a specific language coach or schedule if lessons are put on hold. It is the student’s responsibility to contact us in order to resume his/her lessons.
